Guidance

  • Give owner access to the person responsible for billing and account ownership.
  • Use admin access for managers who maintain setup.
  • Use member access for teammates who reply to customers.
  • Keep superadmin flows separate from company admin flows.

Developer rule

Never merge dashboard, company admin, and superadmin checks. Each area needs its own auth and layout rules.
