Company admins maintain the workspace setup.

## Responsibilities

* Manage team members and roles.
* Maintain company profile.
* Create and rotate API keys.
* Connect Gmail or Outlook.
* Review billing settings.

## Developer rules

* Require admin or owner access.
* Scope every query by `org_id`.
* Keep company admin routes separate from superadmin routes.
